Over the years, I had the privilege of supporting countless women through various stages of their lives—from the joys of pregnancy and childbirth to navigating complex gynaecological conditions.
Each of these experiences deepened my understanding of the unique challenges women face, highlighting the profound impact that compassionate, evidence-based care can have on their lives.
However, it was my own healing journey through perimenopause that truly transformed my path. During this time, I felt lost and struggled to live my life to it's full potential, which ignited a burning desire to upskill and empower myself.
I realised that menopause could be a signal for women to engage with a mind coach—someone like me, who could help them navigate this transition and unlock their potential.
This desire to support others led me to transition into menopause, where I combine my nursing expertise with a focus on mental and emotional well-being. I aim to help women see menopause not just as a challenge, but as an opportunity to make every aspect of their lives marvellous.
Together, we can embrace this journey, cultivate resilience, and thrive in all areas of life.

After the initial discovery session an individualised plan is put in place.
