I went along to Meredith’s  Making Menopause Marvellous workshop and it really helped me understand that symptoms that I was having were connected to menopause and helped me make an informed decision about the next steps looking after my health.

Meredith presents using a lot of research and her understanding of working in the medical system is invaluable.  I love Meredith’s down to earth approach, her humor, acceptance, compassion and understanding for what woman goes through in life. Meredith has the ability to listen and respond to questions with medical knowledge while also knowing her limits.
